My last entry I let you know about my speaking engagements I have had back to back. Well, so far so good. Today I'm heading by train to New Orleans to do my last one at the Technology in Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation 2016 Annual Conference.
Today, is a day about finding your happy. If at all today you're feeling down, do something that allows you to get your happy on. Perhaps it's listening to your favorite song, drinking a good cup of coffee, eating a piece of your favorite fruit or candy, whatever. You just find the happy you need today. You need it, and YOU deserve it.
